Document Services Specialist<\/h4>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/h5>\n
\u2022 Process Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations, report and statements, legaldocuments, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters,spreadsheets, etc
\n\u2022 Effectively use the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros and mail merges
\n\u2022 Work closely with other teams to optimize processes to ensure all the output files are met the production requirement
\n\u2022 Balance multiple projects and tasks effectively and deliver assignments on time
\n\u2022 Assist Production team to print and bind documents as and when needed
\n\u2022 Perform ad hoc duties as assigned or required Job Requirements:
\n\u2022 Diploma or above with preferably at least 1 year work experience in desktop publishing \/ layout design \/ word processing \/ typesetting or business support
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
\n\u2022 Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese and English
\n\u2022 Well-organized, presentable, creative, detail-minded and able to work independently
\n\u2022 Flexibility to work on shift schedule and work overtime may required<\/h5>\n
